I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist accepting new clients who need evaluation and treatment for ADHD, depression, anxiety and other mental health issues.
As you grow, you strive for more out of life, yet may be unsure how to get to where you may wish to be. I will support you on your journey as we explore together your needs, long-term and short-term perceived goals, and best practices for fulfilling them. I use the therapeutic process to empower my clients so that you come to realize and acknowledge the wealth of resources you have both within and without, building on strengths and gaining confidence to accept the past and create your personal story. I provide individual and group therapy to children, teens, adults, and seniors, with extensive experience working with issues related to anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, midlife, parenting, school, caregiver stress, creatively aging, and the second half of life. According to Carl Jung, individuation is the process of self-realization through discovering meaning and purpose in one's life. I provide a safe space for exploration and honoring all aspects of the self-the good, the challenging, that which may be difficult to look at, and everything in between. I use methods such as verbal and non-verbal techniques, art therapy, dreamwork, and imagery as entryways to viewing the unconscious and symbolic content and how these present themselves in conscious life. I am open to the needs of each individual client and invite you to lead me as your guide on your path of growth and evolvement. I hold a Master's degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from Long Island University and certificates in Jungian oriented psychotherapy from the CG Jung Institute of San Francisco, which informs my integrative approach to therapy and supports my commitment to creative and holistic healing.
At Person-to-Person Psychotherapy, I’m here to support adults who are facing tough, life-changing challenges. Many of the people I work with are dealing with things like a serious health diagnosis, overwhelming anxiety, big existential questions, major life transitions, or deep feelings of grief and loss. They’re looking for a space where they can feel understood and get the professional support they need to find their footing again and make sense of it all. Through virtual sessions and walk-and-talk therapy, I’m able to meet clients wherever they are—both physically and emotionally—throughout New Jersey.
Are you a college student struggling with mental health or substance abuse issues? Are you a therapist or healthcare provider seeking support to navigate the effects of trauma? As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) and Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), I specialize in providing compassionate counseling services to young adults, professionals, and individuals experiencing the effects of trauma. My practice is designed specifically to support college students in navigating the unique challenges they face during this transitional time in their lives. I also work closely with therapists and healthcare providers to support their well-being and help them develop effective coping strategies. With extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma, including sexual abuse, domestic violence, and childhood trauma, I provide trauma-informed care to help you overcome obstacles and achieve your goals. With a warm and non-judgmental approach, I provide individualized care to help you build resilience, cultivate self-awareness, and thrive both academically and personally. No matter where you are on your journey, as a student, new to your field, or a seasoned professional struggling with the various aspects of life, I am here to help. Let's work together to create a brighter future for you.
With over a decade of experience, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals and families across the lifespan. My practice integrates both therapeutic intervention and comprehensive psychological assessment for diagnostic clarity, treatment planning, and meaningful goal progress. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where every person feels heard, understood, and empowered to take the next steps toward well-being.
Many college students feel stressed, anxious, or unsure how to handle everything on their own. Between classes, friendships, family expectations, and figuring out what comes next, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or stuck. Therapy gives you a space to process what you’re experiencing, understand yourself more clearly, and build coping skills that actually work in your day-to-day life. I offer virtual sessions, which makes it easier to fit therapy into your schedule wherever you are. My style is warm, supportive, and practical, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
I provide individual therapy to people ages 18 and up. I specialize in working with queer and trans people, pot-stirrers, and outsiders. I enjoy working with people who are confronting major identity shifts, people who are navigating issues with their families of origin, and people who are trying to envision a future they never imagined themselves in (What is middle age? What is aging in queer spaces? How can I live meaningfully in late stage capitalism?).

In therapy, I offer a space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what’s happening—whether it’s stress, anxiety, relationships, identity, motivation, or big transitions. My approach is psychoanalytic and relational, which means we pay attention not just to symptoms, but to the deeper patterns and experiences that shape how you think and feel.
I help college students, parents, and working professionals who are looking for support and guidance on improving their professional and personal lives. I provide med management for depression, anxiety, ADHD, and related disorders.
