Karmen Seltz is a psychotherapist who believes that the therapeutic relationship can build the foundation to make change. Therapy can help you make complicated decisions simpler and reinforce your successes. Often, it is a matter of helping you unlock the solution that is waiting inside you. Many successful people struggle with doing everything “perfectly,” and it can be exhausting. Therapy offers an opportunity to build self-care habits and learn new ways to cope, and taking this time for yourself will have a positive effect on your relationships as well. Karmen works with adults, couples, and families who are struggling with mood disorders, trauma, and substance use disorders. I have years of experience helping people make changes in their lives. I look forward to working together.

Navigating life’s pressures often means juggling responsibilities, deadlines, and personal aspirations. My therapy is tailored to understand and work with your unique pressures, providing a place for clarity and focused action. Whether it’s the weight of exams or the pace of the corporate ladder, I'm here to help you find your footing. My virtual sessions are designed to fit within your busy schedule and give you access to the support you need to maintain balance and foster resilience.
We know therapy can be nerve-wracking and sometimes awkward, so our approach is rooted in best practices while also being super person-centered. This human first angle will most likely include comfortable conversation, humor, and slight ADHD trains of thought. Our goal is to model authenticity which means, no poker faces over here! Think less suit and tie, more hoodies and pixie dust (or whatever your vibe is). Here, we want to connect with you in a unique way that gives you the empowerment and unnecessary permission to be the you-est you! We want to hear all about your quirky or nerdy hobbies and interests, help analyze those darn complicated relationships and existential thoughts we all have, and encourage you to vent, laugh, cry, cuss, and just breathe.
Are you feeling overwhelmed by having too much to do and think about? There may be days when you ask yourself, "how can I handle all of this?" I would like to offer you some additional tools that you can use to address the problems that you can't stop thinking about. My goal is that you leave my virtual office feeling more like yourself again with more clarity and confidence in tackling life's challenges.
Clients often tell me that I'm "real." I think they appreciate my irreverence, my sense of humor, and the fact that, while I'm kind/gentle, I never BS them. In other words, I come to the therapeutic relationship with curiosity, acceptance, and authenticity. Thus, clients are free to experiment with new ways of being, uncovering insights and answers along the way. Clients often tell me that I'm "real." Lots of people, myself included at times, buy into the notion that beating ourselves up is somehow noble or productive. In our work together, I'll encourage you, rather, to approach your challenges with compassion and inquisitiveness, trusting that you have the resources you need to achieve your goals. If you're ready to explore, I'm eager to listen. Please don't hesitate to reach out!

My approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and a deep belief in your capacity for growth. Hello, I’m Amanda Pecha, LCSW, CSAC. I’m a licensed clinical social worker and certified substance abuse counselor with specialized training in addiction recovery, trauma-informed care, and integrated mental health treatment. I also provide EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) for individuals working through traumatic experiences, PTSD, and long-standing patterns connected to trauma. I work with individuals navigating the impact of trauma, substance use, anxiety, and patterns of self-doubt or overwhelm. My therapeutic style is warm, practical, and collaborative, focusing on helping clients understand their story, break cycles that no longer serve them, and build the skills and confidence needed for lasting change. I use evidence-based approaches—including EMDR, CPT, CBT, and motivational interviewing—to support healing, reduce distress, and strengthen resilience. My aim is always to create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel understood, validated, and empowered to move toward a more grounded and authentic version of yourself. Whether you're seeking support for addiction, processing trauma, or wanting to improve your overall mental and emotional wellbeing, I’d be honored to support you on your healing journey.

My name is Kaite (they/them), and I am a queer, neurodivergent, nonbinary therapist. I specialize in working with other queer and neurodiverse individuals to heal from trauma, manage depression and anxiety, and find ways to thrive in a world that was not designed with you in mind. I help by utilizing a variety of approaches in my practice, working with you to find strategies and techniques that align with your goals. I am trained in EMDR and CPT, but I also use DBT, MBCBT, ACT, IFS, somatic techniques, and artistic expression as modalities to help you reprocess and heal from trauma. In our first few sessions, you can expect a therapeutic space that is empowering, sensitive to your needs, and based on collaboration rather than looking at you as a problem to be fixed. My practice is unique because I approach healing from a holistic framework that takes all of your identities, experiences, and goals in mind rather than choosing a one size fits all approach. I am passionate about this work because I also know what it’s like to struggle after experiencing trauma, especially when trying to navigate complex medical systems where other providers do not look or experience the world like you do. I firmly stand with all marginalized groups and actively work within an antiracist, feminist, neurodiverse, and gender-affirming lens. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your continued journey towards mental wellbeing!
