The stress, over thinking, and lack of motivation have taken over even the simplest of tasks anymore. Life gets too busy and you are constantly rushing around. It seems like other people have figured it out and you are alone. You are constantly worrying with thoughts just spinning in your head about work, family, and friends. You remember a time when you had a busy schedule with work, friends, family, school and were able to keep up with everything, so why can’t you do more now? You want to feel happy again and enjoy the simple things. You are an expert on your life but I bring my passion and experience to guide the process and help you create the life you want. It is possible and together we will find the way, you aren't alone or misunderstood anymore. I use HIPAA compliant systems. Visit my website for more information and schedule a consultation to begin.

I work best with students who feel a lot—sometimes all at once—and aren’t sure where to put it. You might be dealing with anxiety, identity questions, relationship stress, or the pressure to keep everything together while quietly struggling inside. If you’re queer or exploring your identity, you’ll find a space here where you don’t have to explain or defend who you are. And if you’re looking for a therapist who is warm, collaborative, and open-minded, this might be a good fit. Please reach out!

It is the mission of Morris Cognitive Behavioral Consulting to meet clients where they are when they enter treatment and help them come to a place of radical acceptance of their current circumstances. Dr. Morris has an interactive, direct style that, at times, feels more like coaching than traditional psychotherapy. She focuses on enhancing a client’s motivation, as well as helping them find the balance between acceptance and change. Their goal is to locate the “gray area” between extremes in thinking, emotions, and behavior. It is these extremes, which lead to common problems in living, relationship difficulties, or severe mental and behavioral symptoms. Dr. Morris believes in doing more than helping individuals reduce troubling symptoms; she wants to help clients break free from ineffective behavioral patterns and, more importantly, truly heal. She is committed to teaching clients how to stop emotions from controlling their lives. She strives to help clients overcome barriers that keep them stuck in negative behaviors, life patterns, or relationships that hinder their ability to reach their desired goals and live fully. Dr. Morris channels her unrelenting energy, straightforward style, and radical genuineness to help shift clients into resolving these barriers and ineffective patterns. She hopes to enable clients to become more skillful in their everyday experience so they can be more effective at reaching their goals while, ultimately, creating lives worth living. Dr. Morris specializes in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions, strength-based approaches that focus specifically on practical coping skill acquisition, which are uniquely tailored to each client's individual goals. She offers a range of evidence-based therapy, group, and consulting services to children, adolescents, adults, families, schools, and organizations.

Paul specializes in using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help people work through the pain and suffering that comes along with living a fully human life. The idea is not that you are broken, messed up, and need to be fixed, nor is it about what is wrong with you. The approach taken is more about what has happened to you to bring you to where you are today. The primary focus of using ACT is to find a healthier more workable way to respond to all of the painful thoughts, emotions, memories, and physical sensations we experience as humans, and then channel that pain into building a thriving life that is worthy of who we are. Paul engages in this work from a place of compassion, patience, and unconditional positive regard that sees people as they are and not as their struggles or past mistakes.
I specialize in the assessment of neurological, developmental and learning challenges. As a neuropsychologist and certified school psychologist, most of my time is spent on neuropsychological evaluations for educational purposes, helping students with developmental delays, learning disabilities, ADHD and brain injuries, including concussions. Over the years, my services have grown with my patients to include services for adults with these same challenges as well. I am on staff at Doylestown Hospital and, as a Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS), I serve as the neuropsychological consultant to the Bucks County IU’s BrainSTEPS Program, where we work to help students with concussions and severe brain injuries re-enter school successfully.

I look forward to working together to shed light on your strengths, increase self-understanding, and empower you through any hardships. Let's connect!
Hi, I'm Abby! After working as a therapist at a group practice for a couple of years, I became passionate about building my own practice where I get to work solely with young adults navigating the challenges of coming-of-age. Welcome! Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and truly understood. Every person who walks into therapy is different, and I honor that. I work with teens, adults, and older adults navigating life’s challenges—whether it’s managing anxiety, coping with change, building confidence, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again. Some of my clients are high performers or athletes; others are just trying to manage daily stress, relationships, or emotional overwhelm. No matter your story, I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs—drawing from approaches like CBT and strengths-based strategies. I’m passionate about this work because I’ve seen how mental health impacts every part of life—from performance and relationships to life transitions and confidence. As a former West Chester University Division II athlete, I understand firsthand the mental load that comes with high performance, pressure, and pushing through—even when you’re not okay. That lived experience helps me support clients who are navigating high expectations, both in sport and in life. In our sessions, you can expect a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where I get to know you and your goals. I believe therapy works best when it’s a team effort. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and what needs to shift. My style is a blend of warmth, honesty, and gentle challenge. I’ll always meet you where you are, but I’m not afraid to help you look at patterns that may be holding you back. Whether you need space to process, a sounding board for decision-making, or someone to help connect the dots—I’m here to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and offer honest feedback to help you make meaningful progress. If you’re ready to prioritize your well-being—whether as an individual or an athlete—I’d be honored to support you on that journey!
