You may feel stuck in painful relationship patterns, overwhelmed by anxiety or self-criticism, emotionally disconnected, or weighed down by experiences that continue to impact your present. Perhaps you find yourself overthinking relationships, feeling unsure of your needs, struggling to feel fully understood, or longing to feel more grounded and connected in your life. Many of the clients I work with are seeking deeper self-understanding, more fulfilling relationships, and the freedom to live more authentically rather than from survival patterns. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, attachment wounds, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, and emotional disconnection. My approach is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, helping you develop greater self-awareness, flexibility, and trust in yourself by exploring the experiences that shape how you approach the world. I view therapy as a collaborative and compassionate space where your story can be explored with curiosity, honesty, and care. Over time, many clients begin to feel more grounded in themselves, more secure in relationships, and more able to move through life with greater clarity, authenticity, and intention.

I come alongside my clients to help them identify areas where change is needed and we work together to find solutions in a safe space. Safe, secure relationships are where growth happens.
As a holistic psychiatric nurse practitioner, my practice is deeply rooted in the principles of integrative psychiatry, where the focus is not just on alleviating symptoms but on nurturing overall well-being. I am passionate about partnering with individuals who are ready to explore a new perspective on their mental health journey. In our work together, we'll explore the root causes of your symptoms beyond surface treatments. We'll examine lifestyle factors like diet, inflammation, and physical health, as well as any past trauma and disconnection. Understanding these core issues will help us address the underlying impacts on your mental health. Our goal is to tap into your body’s natural healing by addressing foundational elements holistically. We aim to connect your mind, body, and spirit, promoting not just symptom relief but sustainable well-being. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan to support your unique needs and help you achieve a balanced, fulfilling life.
I help clients recover from anxiety and depression and improve social relationships. I offer an insight-oriented approach. I also do EMDR and parts work. These modalities are helpful for trauma recovery and changing unhappy patterns. My goals are for clients to feel supported and understood. I recognize that each person has their own, internal wisdom. I like to understand and honor this wisdom as I work with you to build better mental health.
My practice is focused on the following client groups: People diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and people who identify LGBTQIA. I enjoy providing trauma-informed, strength based therapy to people of any nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion and race. The best way to reach me is via e-mail. I am happy to accommodate service dogs and emotional support animals.
I strongly believe in the human potential for growth and healing. My work focuses on accessing the inherent strength and wisdom that exists in all of us through insight and therapeutic support. My goal is to help clients feel empowered and confident to create the changes they want to make within themselves and their relationships. Whether you are processing past trauma, working through feelings of anxiety and depression, or wanting to develop healthier relationship and family dynamics, I create a safe and comfortable environment to support your healing journey.
Welcome. People come to therapy for a range of reasons. For over 13 years I've worked with individuals 18+ years old struggling with mood, self-esteem, anxiety or worry, relationships, identity, loss, trauma, and life transitions. Working in a college counseling center is part of my prior experience. If you are interested in “depth therapy,” or have tried therapy before and the benefits didn’t stick, my approach may appeal to you. My specialty is called psychodynamic psychotherapy. This means you will be invited to begin each session with whatever comes to mind, and together we explore your inner experiences (emotions, sensations, thoughts, beliefs, expectations, dreams) with a focus on seeking to understand you and what’s troubling you. I can help us “read between the lines” for themes or patterns that contribute to feeling stuck, which may have been previously out of awareness, and which can now inform daily life and relieve symptoms. I am also certified to use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a technique that can help heal trauma symptoms impacting current life. While our work centers on you as an individual, none of us exist outside of the broader socioeconomic and cultural systems we are in. These pressures and influences around us are also real and crucial to recognize. Psychotherapy is an opportunity to deal with issues in a way that is difficult to do alone. I can accompany you with my undivided listening, consistent availability, an appointment day and time safeguarded only for you, and commitment to taking you seriously.
We want to help you live a life that feels richer, more authentic and more true to who you are and who you want to be. We specialize in relationships, identity exploration, working with LGBTQ+ people, healing trauma and figuring out paths forward. Check out our website for more detailed info!

I'm a doctor of nursing practice who is passionate about helping people access their own strengths. I am committed to walking beside you as you gain insight, learn new skills, and grow the self-belief to create the life you want to live. I firmly believe that one path does not fit all, and my life is evidence of that. I worked as a therapist prior to becoming a PMHNP, and bring a diverse set of professional, educational and life experience to each session. Using empathy and authenticity, my goal is to help you find and live your own truth. I am honored to meet you, wherever you are. I treat most mental health issues, and have special clinical interest in mood disorders, relationship/attachment issues, & OCD. I genuinely enjoy working with folx who are LGBTQ, who are struggling with low self-esteem, and who are motivated to make big shifts to what's not working for them. I welcome all 18-40.
I specialize in trauma therapy, with extensive experience supporting survivors of sexual violence and other traumatic experiences. If you’ve been through something overwhelming, it can feel like a fog has settled over you, affecting every part of your life. You might find yourself overthinking, being on edge, shutting down, or feeling numb, even when you want to feel present and connected. Many people I work with feel stuck in this space and are unsure how to move forward. Together, we’ll work to understand and process your emotions, thoughts, and past experiences so they no longer hold the same power over you. I use EMDR and other approaches to help you address what’s at the core of your symptoms. Feeling safe and understood is essential to this work. We’ll move at a pace that’s manageable for you, creating a space where you can show up as you are without pressure or judgment. While this is a vulnerable process, it’s also what allows for deep, lasting healing. Therapy can help you relate to yourself with more clarity and compassion, develop new patterns, and move toward the life you want to live. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, connected, and fully yourself—and to feel more in control of your life—I invite you to reach out. We’ll start with a conversation and see if working together feels like a good fit.
