I work with clients from all walks of life—whoever you are, wherever you are on your path, I welcome you just as you are. I connect well with clients who are curious about themselves & the world, have a sense of humor, and are motivated to engage in the process of therapy. I particularly enjoy working with folks who are new to therapy and those who are motivated to roll their sleeves up and get to work.

Is being away at school a little trickier than you had expected? Maybe you're a bit lonely even though there's always loads of people around. So many challenges and expectations--it can be overwhelming even while it's gratifying and fun. We all need support at times. Together we work toward cultivating the inner strength, confidence and wisdom needed to fully and successfully transition into a meaningful and autonomous adulthood. Anything that is causing distress is welcome: grief, confusion, difficult relationships. I'd like to help.
I’m passionate about spirituality, self love, self forgiveness and radical acceptance. I’ve witnessed clients heal and cure many emotional and physical health challenges through the power of self forgiveness. I love working with anxiety, career transitions, family conflict, relationship challenges, codependency, non-traditional relationships such as poly and kink, positive sexuality, life transitions, queer folks, spiritual or religious trauma, exploration and growth, neurodivergence, sensitivities, health challenges and trauma in the body.
I specialize in working with individuals who are seeking to manage their anxiety, help with their performance and heal from past trauma. The approach I use in therapy is one that is deeply relational, mixed with the latest interventions that embrace a holistic point of view. I'm trained in nervous system interventions, as well as EMDR, and often utilize a collaborative approach to help clients meet their goals.

My work with clients is centered around helping people to find the balance in their life. We take time to get to know each each other and to set up the goals that are important to you. You chose the pace at which we move, while I offer suggestions and share observations. Our sessions will provide a safe space for you to share as much or as little as you like. Through discussion and exercises we can get you to feel joy again.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, working through a major life transition, or are simply looking for extra support, you’ve taken an important first step by looking into therapy. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to help you navigate challenges, strengthen coping skills, and move towards greater well-being. You deserve care that meets you where you are, and I’m here to support you. As a mixed therapist, with White (Italian & Irish) and Indigenous (Mi'kmaq) ancestors, I know how hard it can be to find time for self growth and care while navigating oppressive systems. It can be even harder when we don't fit in a binary or see ourselves reflected in the spaces we live, work, or learn. I value cultivating a safe container for folks to bring all parts of themselves to, as I believe that it is in this space of truly relating as we are, that we may find the capacity for growth and change. I reserve a few sliding scale spots for LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients who are committed to therapy, but are experiencing cost as a barrier to care. If you would like to request a reduce rate slot, please contact me for details and availability.

I have experience working in both residential and outpatient eating disorder care, with queer and trans clients, and with both teens and young adults. I utilize techniques including DBT, CBT, and Narrative Therapy.

As a holistic psychiatric nurse practitioner, my practice is deeply rooted in the principles of integrative psychiatry, where the focus is not just on alleviating symptoms but on nurturing overall well-being. I am passionate about partnering with individuals who are ready to explore a new perspective on their mental health journey. In our work together, we'll explore the root causes of your symptoms beyond surface treatments. We'll examine lifestyle factors like diet, inflammation, and physical health, as well as any past trauma and disconnection. Understanding these core issues will help us address the underlying impacts on your mental health. Our goal is to tap into your body’s natural healing by addressing foundational elements holistically. We aim to connect your mind, body, and spirit, promoting not just symptom relief but sustainable well-being. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan to support your unique needs and help you achieve a balanced, fulfilling life.

Humor is something I like to incorporate into therapy; however, we can be serious about your concerns too. People of all ages struggle with human suffering and sometimes you need someone to walk with you through that, whether it be something you wish to change or something that you cannot. I aim to help my clients make meaning in life while also identifying the connections between our individual concerns and larger systems in life. I provide individual therapy for a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, identity exploration, and trauma, with specialized experience supporting people through grief, traumatic loss, and substance use concerns. My clients have expressed appreciation for my ability to sit with them in their suffering, when they have felt most alone. I have multiple years of experience previously working in college counseling centers. During these experiences, I supported students from a variety of backgrounds and found a lot of joy in helping students at a unique intersection in their lives. I have been lucky to work with a diverse student population and have supported many queer and trans students in exploring their gender and sexual identities while also addressing other mental health concerns. In addition, I was able to support BIPOC students as they addressed systemic issues within the university, while also exploring their individual racial identities. I further co-facilitated a family-trauma group during my time at a university counseling center. Thus, I find that I greatly appreciate being able to sit with students who are addressing these concerns. I am a Psychologist Resident in OR. I have my doctorate and five years of experience providing therapy, however, to become licensed in OR I must complete a supervised residency. I am supervised by Dr. Carrie McMullin (OR 2963).
