At The Sanctuary Collective, you will find passionate professionals with varying backgrounds who are ready to support you through your journey. Our counselors are independent business owners who collectively share the physical space as well as beliefs and approaches to counseling practices. Our fee structure and cancellation policies are also aligned with each other to offer consistency across providers. We all need a place to unpack our brokenness, pain and struggle. We desire to have someone listen wholeheartedly to our story. Our desire is to be a place that is safe, without judgement to create change within ourselves so that we can engage in the world. Our belief is that we have a mind, body and soul that works as one and, from this mindset, we take a holistic (whole-person) approach for the most complete healing for you to thrive and be well. We would love to be a part of creating a safe space for you to shed your old narratives and embrace a brave new chapter. It might be scary or uncomfortable, but you are worth it!

I strongly value creating a compassionate and non-judgmental setting where we can work together to address your challenges and build a more enjoyable and meaningful life. I use evidence-based treatments to address a wide range of problems including anxiety disorders and stress management, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders (ex: OCD, skin picking, hair pulling), PTSD, mood disorders (ex: depression, bipolar disorder), and insomnia. My treatment approach explores the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and incorporates mindfulness and acceptance techniques to help make lasting changes in your everyday life. I find that this approach adds to my clients’ understanding of themselves and helps them develop greater self-compassion and empowerment in the face of their difficulties. Give me a call so we can discuss what you're looking for and whether we might be a good fit!

Queer and trans affirming, collaborative, resiliency- focused trauma therapy. See the website for full practice details.
As a relationship, gender, and sexuality therapist, I'm here to help you to create more intimacy and connection in your relationships, explore your identities, and recalibrate toward a more authentic and compassionate life. I am particularly passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ folks in exploring and healing from internalized homophobia and transphobia as they often manifest in anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. Drawing primarily from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), modern psychodynamic theory, and intersectional queer theory, I provide a validating and non-judgmental space for people to heal from past experiences and find deeper connection with themself and others. If you feel motivated to look at hard truths, ready to question what you’ve been taught you “should” be, and are even willing to sit in moments of discomfort and uncertainty along the way, we might be a great fit for working together. Regarding fees: I hold a limited number of reduced rate spots (starting at $100 per session) for folks who are unable to afford the full fee due to a range of factors such as low-paying employment and otherwise limited access to a financial safety net. Please reach out if you'd like to discuss more.
I believe in the spirit of human potential, and finds purpose in working with others to create an environment for positive transformation, personal development, and healing. I would describe myself as a holistic practitioner finding inspiration from many different wisdom traditions. As a yoga & meditation teacher, my approach stems from Eastern philosophy, specifically Tibetan Buddhism.
Welcome — you don’t have to figure this out alone. College can be exciting and overwhelming. Between classes, exams, relationships, finances, and figuring out who you’re becoming, it’s easy to feel anxious, stressed, or burned out. If your mind feels like it won’t slow down, your body feels constantly tense, or you’re putting pressure on yourself to “have it all together,” you’re not broken—you’re human. I work with college students who want relief from anxiety and stress, and who are ready to build coping skills that actually fit real life. Therapy with me is down-to-earth, supportive, and practical. We’ll focus on helping you understand what’s happening inside you, calm your nervous system, and develop tools so you can feel more confident, grounded, and like yourself again. You don’t need to be in crisis to start therapy. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just tired of carrying everything on your own, this can be a space to pause, breathe, and get support—without judgment.

Hi, I’m Rebecca! I’m a licensed therapist (LMFT), and I work with students who are navigating all the messy, beautiful, confusing parts of being human—especially during a time like college, when everything feels like it’s shifting. You don’t need to be in crisis to come to therapy. Maybe you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who you’re becoming, and that’s okay. It’s normal to want some support while you're figuring things out. In our work together, you’ll find a space that’s calm, non-judgmental, and focused on you. I use a mix of approaches—CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused work—but more than anything, I show up with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your pace and your story. I became a therapist because I know how powerful it can be to feel truly seen and heard. I bring my own love of creativity, deep listening, and belief in people’s resilience into the room with me. You don’t have to have the right words or a plan, just bring yourself. We’ll figure it out together.
If you’re feeling less like yourself, with anxious thoughts, trouble sleeping, trouble making decisions, difficulty motivating or just feeling like your new life wasn’t what you expected, I can help get you on a new path towards healing and connection. I help college students with adjustment, stress, depression, anxiety and relationship issues. I have training working with those withADHD and associated issues, as well as specialized understanding of the pressure faced by high level collegiate athletes.
I am a licensed therapist in Montana, Wisconsin, Nebraska, and Colorado, and a nationally registered art therapist. I graduated from Mount Mary University in 2015 with a master's degree in Art Therapy with a concentration in Counseling. I have worked in residential treatment, educational settings, outpatient treatment, and addiction treatment. I have worked with children, teens, and adults providing individual, group, and family therapy. I have experience working with individuals struggling with addiction and substance abuse, ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. I provide care using person-centered and trauma-informed approaches. I engage with clients empathetically and allow my clients to be the experts on themselves while I help guide the therapeutic process. I often adjust my counseling style to fit each individual's needs. I am glad that you are taking the first steps to improve your life and I look forward to working with you!
Dr. Rademan starts treatment with a thorough and detailed inventory of life experiences that could be contributing to current concerns. She also explores body pain and chronic health concerns as those can be impacted by trauma and emotional wounding. Just like with physical health, mental health can be impacted by earlier 'injuries' that flare up later in life. Many people have been in and out of therapy throughout their life and haven't found sustained relief due to not healing the root issue or concern. At the foundation of treatment, Dr. Rademan utilizes a trauma and cognitive focused framework. Trauma is not only major violence or death, but can also be a loss of a relationship, not getting your needs met when you were a child, or ongoing major stressors. Trauma can be described as anything that significantly changed the way you view yourself or the world.
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. In my practice, I provide a warm, nurturing environment for you to explore your inner world. I hold you with deep trust in the inherent validity of all parts of you, even the ones you find it hard to like. Together, we can navigate through life transitions, anxiety, depression, and feelings of isolation or unworthiness. I will support you to create your own definition of thriving, and to take concrete, doable action steps towards living a life that feels deeply good and fulfilling to you. It might be closer than you think. I look forward to connecting with you soon.
