I’m a licensed counselor and approved supervisor for LPC Associates in Texas with over 19 years of experience, specializing in crisis intervention and suicide prevention. While I have extensive experience working with individuals involved in the legal system—including those who are incarcerated, recently released, or facing legal challenges—my practice is open to anyone seeking support. In addition to working with clients facing personal struggles, I also support the families of incarcerated individuals, as well as professionals in high-stress roles—such as law enforcement, correctional officers, attorneys, and first responders. I work with adults from all walks of life who are navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck. My approach is casual, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe that therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, and I tailor each session to your unique needs. Reaching out for help takes courage, and I'm glad you’re here. Whether you're dealing with something specific or just feeling overwhelmed, we can work through it together. I look forward to connecting with you. We specialize in Anxiety, Depression, Life transitions, stress management and work with adults of all ages who are seeking to find a therapist that will guide them throughout the therapy process. In my practice, I find that the most valuable part of therapy is the therapeutic relationship between a counselor and a client. I strive to create an environment that feels authentic, warm and supportive and believe it is privilege to be part of an individual's journey through healing, growth and self-discovery. I have experience helping adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, past trauma history, bullying, self-harm, low self-esteem, family of origin issues, & suicidal thoughts among a variety of other concerns. I also enjoy working in perinatal mental health and am currently enrolled in training through Postpartum Support International.

The Sanctuary Care & Counseling Center is a counseling practice that aims to facilitate wellness through the integration of spirituality and mental health. This is done through ensuring that clients feel safe, supported, and are persistently reminded to extend themselves grace and self-compassion. In the Sanctuary clients are provided a safe space to discuss the complexities of "adulting", process their trauma, navigate grief, adjust to change and transitions, be vulnerable about their fears and insecurities, and express uncertainty and ambivalence about their faith stories. Contrary to popular belief, you don’t have to have it -" all together". We invite you to The Sanctuary, where we will partner with you as you strive to figure it out.
I specialize in working with adults of all genders who are struggling with unhealthy relationship patterns, low self-esteem, family of origin or attachment wounds, identity exploration, addiction, & more.

If you are looking for a different type of counselor where you build an authentic relationship, you’re in the right place. To best help my patients, I believe that a solid and authentic relationship must be built between counselor and you. The most important part about counseling is that you feel heard and comfortable. My experience consists of 6 plus years of working with adults and adolescents in a private health setting. I have a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of North Texas. As a counselor, I have worked with patients who have anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, and grief/grieving issues. My specialties lie in working with patients who have experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, trauma, and pregnancy issues, and abortion. Although I do follow a combination of counseling theories, my main framework would be Humanistic “Person-centered.” This means that I have great respect for your autonomy and your ability to discern your own path, solutions, and direction in life. My goal in therapy is to help you discover the answers that lie within yourself to better your life at a pace that you feel comfortable with. I look forward to helping you create some relief from your worries in life. Whether that's the stress and frustrations of daily life or overcoming personal trauma, I'm confident I can help guide you through the bad days and bring a different perspective that will help you take back control of your life.

I am a therapist with 13 years experience who recently relocated to Maryland. I have specialized my work in the medical setting with those with chronic illnesses and have also cared for many in the LGBTQI+ community. I enjoy providing counseling to pre-teens, teens and young adults. I have had the privilege to witness the most vulnerable moments with my clients and then observe their growth, healing, and evolution. I would be honored to play a role in your journey too. The idea of therapy is challenging for some. I focus on meeting my clients at their comfort level and prioritize their personal goals and needs. I utilize evidence-based modalities: cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). Both of these examine the connections between thoughts, feelings and actions to help individuals make changes in their life. I also have training in: Emotional Freedom Technique, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Internal Family Systems I believe that counseling should capitalize on the client’s creativity, imagination, and interests. Therefore, I often encourage artistic expression and the use of physical movement to address depressive symptoms, anxiety, and the challenges of grief and loss. Let’s work together to tailor an approach based upon your unique strengths and areas of need. I am only self-pay at this time. I am in the process of being paneled with Carefirst/BCBS (PPO, POS, HMO and Federal plans) and Johns Hopkins Hospital EHP (However, if you have a different insurance plan and it offers out-of-network benefits, you should receive some.)
Hi, I’m Olivia - and I’m here to help you feel more like you again. You might be holding it all together on the outside, but inside, it’s a different story: - Constantly overwhelmed by school, work, or life choices - Feeling like something’s missing, even when you “should” feel fine - Stuck in patterns that leave you unfulfilled or disconnected - Tired of trying to be who everyone else expects you to be If this sounds familiar, you’re not broken - you’re just exhausted from carrying too much for too long! I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, relationship struggles, trauma, and life transitions. Whether you’re questioning your path, overwhelmed by expectations, or feeling lost in your identity, you don’t have to figure it out alone. In our work together, you’ll have a space to slow down, speak freely, and untangle the emotional weight you’ve been carrying. We’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and what it might feel like to finally be seen and supported for who you really are. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in real-life tools you can use outside of therapy. We’ll build emotional resilience, self-trust, and strategies that help you feel grounded in your own life again - and we’ll do it at a pace that feels right for you. A bit about me: I live in Victoria, Texas, and when I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me outside - walking my dog, horseback riding, or finding new trails to explore. I’m also a big fan of discovering hidden gem food spots wherever I go.

College life can be HARD. Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, new life adjustments, or struggling with the unique challenges of college life, we all need support sometimes. I believe that all people have the power within themselves to strive towards positive growth and change when provided with a safe, accepting environment. My approach to counseling focuses on facilitating a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in empathy, genuineness, and unconditional acceptance. I see my clients as collaborative partners, and together we work towards meeting their goals. I specialize in several therapy approaches, and work hard to integrate self exploration, learning new skills and coping techniques, and creative outlets such as expressive arts therapy into the traditional talk therapy model. I have experience working with clients of all ages in a variety of settings, including in schools and private practice. I have also worked with adults in both private practice settings and at the university level at an Autism Support Program. As a person-centered therapist, I trust both in the power of the unconditionally accepting therapeutic relationship, and in my client’s capacity to heal and change. I meet my clients where they are and we will go on a journey towards healing together.
