Hello and welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting college students as they navigate the emotional, academic, and personal challenges of this season of life. College can be a time of growth and discovery, but it can also bring stress, anxiety, identity questions, relationship concerns, and past wounds to the surface. As a faith-centered, trauma-informed therapist, I am committed to helping individuals find emotional healing, clarity, and peace. Therapy is a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out; it’s a place to slow down, reflect, and begin healing at your own pace. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, grounded in the belief that true transformation happens when we feel safe, supported, and truly seen. Together, we will work to build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and develop healthy coping tools so you can move forward with confidence and hope.
We are a team of compassionate and knowledgeable therapists, who are dedicated to providing accessible and outstanding mental health services. Each of our therapists has their own specialty but we all share the same passion: the desire to help others. We do not promise a quick fix. We do promise to never leave your side. We will support you through your difficult, transformative journey with an empathetic ear and kind heart.
I like to think of therapy as a journey of inner exploration and I am along as a guide. I believe that therapy is most effective when it is a combination of intellectual understanding and emotional experience. In that regard, it feels like your feelings are our road signs that we are in the right track to self-growth. I try to not have a specific agenda going into sessions, but rather to go where it is you feel like you need to go at that time. I believe that it is my role to create a safe space for you to express and explore whatever it is that is inside you. Compassion is key, and cultivating self-compassion is one of the most important elements of therapy. I look forward to helping you explore and become more self-aware and self-compassionate!
I worked in college counseling for four years, (2021-2025) and understand the unique challenges students face along with the systemic factors that can greatly impact students. Your mental health and wellbeing is essential for navigating the college experience, and you deserve support through this journey. When working together, we usually focus on whatever is most pressing for you. For some, this looks like discussing an upsetting situation and processing the emotions they are feeling, then finding ways to make these emotions more manageable so that they can function in their day-to-day life. Other times, we focus more deeply on connecting patterns and themes that have developed over the course of your life and figuring out how to navigate the world differently. I often help students to better understand and identify their feelings by pausing, slowing down, and connecting the mind and the body. We can work on how to handle distressing feelings without constant avoidance or distractions, how to communicate more effectively, and how to create meaning and wholeness. If you feel anxious, depressed, stressed out, and are having difficulty with managing all of the things you're trying to balance between your personal life and academic responsibilities, reach out and I am happy to connect and see if we'd be a good fit.
Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or big life changes? Many students come to me feeling stuck, pressured to have everything figured out, or caught between growing independence and complicated family or social dynamics. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself. I’m Kaylie, a Licensed Master Social Worker, and I help people manage anxiety, depression, identity concerns, and everyday stress that starts to feel like “too much.” I focus on getting to know you—what you care about, what feels hard, and what you want to change. Together, we’ll use practical tools and strategies (like problem-solving skills, coping techniques, and supportive conversations) to help you feel more grounded and confident. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and never judged. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating. You don’t need to have the perfect words or a clear plan. You just need a place to start. If you’re ready, I’m here to support you.
My top priority is to provide you with a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where we can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. We will work together towards developing insight, fostering self-compassion, and finding strategies to help you live a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. We will set goals together, tailoring our approach to suit your individual needs and preferences. I have had the honor to work in the field of mental health for the past 15 years and journey alongside amazing people who were able to discover the strength, grace, and wisdom waiting for them. While I have experience providing several treatment modalities, I specialize in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have also been extensively trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Additionally, for the past eight years, I have taught courses on human behavior and additional topics at SUNY Brockport and Nazareth College allowing me to stay current on mental health research and treatments. My experience has shown me that everyone has the capacity for growth, we sometimes just need a space to discover and map out the life that we want. I would be honored to provide that space and help you bring more authenticity into your life.

I am passionate about this work because I believe in the power of therapy to foster healing, growth, and positive change—even in life’s most difficult moments.
Hello! Intrusive and scary thoughts, over-analyzing, mental reviewing of events, repetitive behaviors, and skin-picking. These are all symptoms of anxiety. Anxiety is natural, but when severe, it can be hard to cope with — often getting in the way of things we want in our lives! My passion is to help others begin the journey of working through the anxiety, toward the life they want to have. I make use of a variety of therapeutic modalities, including ERP, ComB, ACT, and I-CBT, but I ultimately hope treatment will be a collaborative process assisting you in identifying steps to reach your goals. I strive to create a safe space in which you feel comfortable to discuss your thoughts and fears. Given that I have my own lived experience with OCD, I feel I can provide a deeper level of understanding for those living with anxiety and OCD. I, too, have been there. I understand how scary and difficult it can be. We can take that first step together.
Loss is a quiet grief that doesn't conform to the world's pace, especially when we need stillness as well as acknowledgment. Whether your loss involves a companion animal, a relationship, a career path, or a life that looks OK to others but feels hollow to you, your circumstances deserve to be honored and processed with care. For many years, I have been drawn to working with people who carry more than they can say out loud. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a Licensed Veterinary Technician, where I sat with families as they navigated some of their toughest moments. Those experiences, as well as my own, inspired me to become a therapist and have informed and shaped how I understand deep pain. I employ a variety of professional modalities, along with humor and a touch of sharp wit, when working with clients, centering them as they move forward with their lives. Grief is not a problem to solve, regardless of the type of loss you're experiencing, what others say, or what hustle culture expects from you.
My psychotherapy practice focuses on individuals and couples, ranging in age from young adults (18 and up), adults, and elderly. I strive to create a safe environment in which to explore life stressors, patterns of relating with others, and how past experiences impact the present. My practice is experienced and welcoming to LGBTQ and BIPOC populations. Areas of professional practice include: • Mood disorders such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar • Alcohol and drug use, harm reduction • Relationships, separation and divorce • Sexual issues and concerns • Chronic pain and illness, including HIV, autoimmune disorders, fibromyalgia, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome • Grief and loss • Women's reproductive health • Career issues • Financial concerns

Perhaps you are having difficulty in a relationship, or going through a breakup. Maybe friendships are changing... Maybe school is just a lot more stressful than you expected! Or, perhaps you have been struggling with symptoms of anxiety or depression for some time, and you are finally ready to seek help. I help students who are struggling with all of these issues, and more.
No one intends to be in therapy forever. Many clients arrive with familiar worries, yet the deeper concerns beneath those worries often tell a different story. They may say, “I want to fix my anxiety,” “fix my depression,” or “quit vaping weed.” What they’re truly expressing is a desire to flourish, to strengthen their relationships, and to finally move beyond the patterns that keep holding them back. I honor your courage that it takes to pursue meaningful change. As we begin our work together, we draw on a wide range of tools to help you reconnect with yourself and build a life that feels more purposeful, fulfilling, and aligned with who you want to be. Clients leave sessions with renewed hope and practical skills that empower them to face challenges rather than avoid them. You’ll benefit from a therapeutic approach shaped by 15 years of experience and recognized excellence in the field. Reach out today to schedule your complimentary consultation. I guarantee that I'll follow up within three business days.

I am a dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families in navigating the complexities of relationships. I have experience working with sexual, physical, emotional, racial, and intergenerational trauma as a trauma therapist. I've also had training in Gottman therapy, so I can address your concerns in couples therapy. I am bilingual providing therapy in English as well as Spanish. My practice, which is based on a systems framework, places a strong emphasis on providing a secure and accepting environment where clients can discuss issues, develop relationships, and explore obstacles. I am a strong proponent of collaborative therapy, where clients and I work together to develop objectives and tactics that will lead to positive change. Whether it's dealing with communication problems, handling life changes, or handling interpersonal disputes, my mission is to enable people and families to create happier, healthier relationships.
