The name 'Winding Path' is a classic metaphor for life - the way in which one's life goes is often not linear or predictable. Often, people find themselves on a path that they both did not see coming nor are sure of where it will lead. This is what brings many people to therapy. I specifically gear my practice to help those with stress, trauma, family conflict, and symptoms that arise with indecision. The ethos of my practice is that I will meet clients where they are and walk with them on their own winding path, while using the therapeutic tools garnered from years of training to aim toward lessening their unease and increasing their clarity.
Adulting is hard! The decisions you face about school, work and relationships can be confusing. You may be struggling with alcohol or other substance use. With compassion and without judgment, I'll help you figure out if it's causing a problem for you. During my years as a therapist, I've helped people with mental and emotional health problems, such as depression, anxiety, trauma and family issues. I really enjoy working with young adults and helping them answer questions about who they are, what they want to do and where they want to go in life. I'll help you navigate life transitions and work with you on your discovery to create your best self.
