When you or someone you love has been through a horrible experience, your whole life can be turned upside down. As an extensively trained trauma therapist, I have the education, experience, and passion to help you heal. There are proven approaches we can use to help you heal from your past. My clients learn to deeply understand how past experiences have affected them, and to feel in control and at peace in the present. You don't have to figure this out by yourself. Sexual assault, sexual harassment, and related experiences often break us down and make us feel invisible. Call me at 720-340-6261 for a free consultation to learn how I can help you move from feeling broken or voiceless to feeling whole, empowered and fully alive. If you like, our work can involve my well-trained, registered professional therapy dog, Nova. Many people feel safer and more comfortable with a friendly dog present. Call me at 720-340-6261 for a free consultation or visit pegshippert.com to learn more about how we can work together.
I believe that what many of us desire most is a richness of connection - to ourselves, the ones we love, and the natural world around us. In my own experience, therapy offered a path forward, helping me cultivate a secure attachment within myself during a time that felt totally chaotic. Healing took place through being in the presence of a warm and compassionate guide, who could shine a light for me on possibility when I felt stuck in my same patterns. Many of my clients are seeking this: a guided opportunity to embrace their Whole Self so that they can find more presence, meaning and joy in their relationships and in their lives. My approach is collaborative and personalized, drawing upon my training in Gestalt Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mindfulness-based modalities. I also enjoy working with the Enneagram, which can serve as a powerful tool for spiritual and relational development. I believe that self inquiry and transformation is a patient process that requires courage, tenderness, honesty, and oftentimes a sense of humor. What I offer is more than a 60 minute session, but an invitation to step into a new way of being inside and outside of our time together. Want to chat more? I offer 20-minute complimentary consultation calls.
I’m Ashton Mullee, and I'm here to support you as you navigate the unique challenges and exciting opportunities of your college journey. College is a time of incredible growth, but it often comes with a hefty dose of stress, uncertainty, and big life changes. You might be feeling the pressure of balancing demanding coursework, maintaining a social life, trying to figure out your career path, finding yourself, exploring sexuality, or struggling with relationship issues. It can feel overwhelming to keep all those balls in the air! If you are a student who is ready to gain clarity, develop practical coping skills for stress and anxiety, work through past traumas, and/or build a stronger sense of safety and self-confidence in your present life, you'll likely be a great fit for my practice. My goal is to create a space where you can finally slow down, understand how your past experiences may be affecting your current reactions, and learn how to move forward with greater ease and resilience.
Welcome! My name is Christie Morgan and I am a relational trauma therapist in Boulder, CO. I am passionate about helping couples and individuals experience personal and relational healing. Has your life been impacted by trauma and you feel like there is no one who can understand you? You may feel as if you are in survival mode and no longer know who the true you is. Or perhaps you feel alone in your relationship and wonder if you can ever restore the connection you once had. However you arrived here, you are welcome here. My goal is to create a safe space for you to heal as you experience feeling seen and known. I often begin with offering clients tools for navigating the difficult waters they are facing. Before entering into the deep healing work, I make sure that you feel stable and equipped to navigate the healing process. Together, we will rework the negative and shaming messages that hold you down and isolate you, so that you can love yourself amidst your imperfections and live life more fully. I empower my clients to discover wholeness through evidence-based modalities such as IFS (Internal Family Systems), Attachment theory, EFT (Emotion-Focused Therapy), and mind-body connection through a trauma informed lens. I believe that access to mental health should be a human right. We all deserve someone who can listen to us and help us navigate the difficult seasons of our lives. My goal is to be a safe person in my clients' lives. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and am passionate about creating safe spaces of belonging for clients in this community. A core part of my work as a therapist, who is passionate about social justice, is creating a kinder, safer, and more just world. This begins with people feeling safe and at home with themselves. My desire is that in fostering a safe space for clients to heal their trauma, they will become catalysts for healing as they, too, foster safe spaces within their families and communities. I am currently offering online and nature-based therapy sessions.

The Kairos Wellness Collective is committed to delivering quality holistic care for clients experiencing, but not limited to, OCD and Anxiety. The Kairos Wellness Collective believes in treating the whole person --- mind, body, and spirit. OCD and Anxiety Disorders have magnified in our community since our small city has been stressed by the pandemic, the fires, and King Soopers shootings. Each client has their own unique struggles and a distinct road to recovery. Rather than ask our clients to bounce around individual offices for their care, our center aims to bring practitioners together in a holistic space that both honors client confidentiality but also streamlines communication between practitioners by using shared health records software. Client care specialists take baseline assessments of OCD upon intake into the collective, and every two months, our specialists will continue to assess measurable progress in the treatment of OCD and anxiety. Kairos Wellness Collective features diverse modalities including Chinese Medicine, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and Coaching (KAP & KAC), Yoga Therapy, Play Therapy, Forest Bathing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Family Therapy.
