College and young adulthood can bring a lot of change—new responsibilities, relationships, family expectations, academic or career pressure, and questions about who you are becoming. I work with young adults who may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or simply unsure of how to move forward. My approach is warm, practical, and supportive, with a focus on helping you better understand yourself, manage difficult emotions, improve relationships, and feel more confident in the choices you make. I offer a space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
