I use evidence-based approaches tailored to your individual needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and trauma-informed care. I am also certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) for PTSD, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).

Together, we will identify your unique needs, experiences, and goals, and create an approach that feels supportive and effective for you.

Therapy can help you:

Gain insight into patterns that keep you feeling stuck
Learn practical tools to manage anxiety and emotional overwhelm
Process past experiences at a pace that feels safe
Strengthen your sense of identity, values, and direction

I work with Adults who are:

Experiencing anxiety, depression, or stress

Processing trauma or unresolved experiences

Navigating grief or major life transitions

Looking to build healthier boundaries and relationships

Seeking greater self-understanding and personal growth

Starting therapy can feel like a big step. In our initial sessions, we’ll take time to understand what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. From there, we’ll create a plan that feels manageable and aligned with your goals.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.
