At One Step at a Time Therapy, my mission is to empower you in reaching your goals towards improvement. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Behavior Specialist, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional I am skilled, experienced, and ready to support your wellness goals in a non-judgmental and individualized environment. I work with adolescents and adults ages 12 and up and specialize in depression, anxiety, LGBTQIA+, gender identity, self-harm, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, stress management, anger management, and more.
