Megan Ramos
Hi, I’m Megan. I’m a somatic therapist and have been in practice for almost 10 years. I work with individuals to meet what’s coming up, be it anxiety, overwhelm, relationship patterns, past experiences, or whatever may be happening for you. I support my clients through present moment connection, bringing curiosity and kindness to what’s here, and making space for your experience to be seen and met. One of the things I love about somatic therapy is the understanding that we all have an innate impulse toward health and wholeness inside of us. I meet my clients where they are at, and help create the conditions so your inner wisdom can come through and more of you can be here.
