Kylie Horner, LCSW
I work with college students and young adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship stress, family patterns, eating disorders, or a general sense that something feels off — even when life looks fine on the outside.
My approach is warm, relational, and depth-oriented. Rather than focusing only on symptom management or coping strategies, I'm interested in helping you understand what's underneath — the patterns, histories, and experiences that shape how you feel and relate to others.
I offer psychotherapy and integrate attachment-focused EMDR when it feels appropriate. Sessions are available in-person in Beacon, NY and Manhattan, and virtually throughout New York State.
If you're not sure what you want to work on, that's okay. Many people come to therapy knowing something isn't working but not yet able to name it. We can figure that out together.
