Kalen Psychotherapy
* reimagining the couch * integrating multiple modalities * aspiring to liberatory practice *
Together, we will grow further awareness of your self, your relationships, your work and your play in this ever-evolving world. Through the process of (re)discovery, you will develop insight into old, repetitive patterns, and find new ways of being. In order to ground ourselves for this work, where appropriate, I incorporate mindfulness and somatic practices. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, substance abuse, disordered eating, and more.
