Most people who contact me are dealing with a relationship that feels stuck. The same argument keeps coming back, trust has been damaged, or they are trying to make sense of what happened. I work with couples and with individual adults dealing with betrayal, trauma, anxiety, relationship patterns, and questions involving faith or religious harm. My style is steady and direct. I want us to understand what is happening and decide what needs to change outside the session. Therapy is entirely online for clients in Florida, Texas, Utah, and Arizona.
