Trimble Therapy
Provider Types
This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:
- Clinical Social Work/Therapists
The mission of my practice is to provide effective, evidence based treatment to individuals struggling with eating disorders and co-occurring diagnoses. I am passionate about this work, and I truly care about the physical, emotional, and cognitive wellbeing of each individual I work with.
In my practice, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure-Response Prevention (ERP), and Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE). I use a trauma-informed approach during all of my interactions with clients and their families.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has specialized in eating disorder and trauma treatment for the past 9 years. I'm also a certified Prolonged Exposure Therapist (PE) for PTSD. I received my master’s degree from the Columbia University School of Social Work and my bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis. I have provided eating disorder treatment in several levels of care, including residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care. Prior to opening Trimble Therapy in 2019, I treated individuals with eating disorders as an outpatient therapist at Therapy for Success in Philadelphia. I also served as the Primary Therapist at the residential Eating Disorder Center at Rogers Memorial Hospital in Wisconsin, one of the leading residential treatment centers for eating disorders. This treatment center is also well-regarded for the treatment of individuals with eating disorders and co-occuring OCD or PTSD. My graduate school clinical internship was at Monte Nido in their partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs.
I provide virtual to individuals in New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Idaho.
